The Historical Archives of Banco di Napoli is part of the Ecosistema Digitale per la Cultura della Regione Campania (https://cultura.regione.campania.it/), a platform dedicated to the preservation and digital accessibility of the cultural heritage spread throughout the region.
Within this framework, a wide-ra
nging digitization campaign of archival and library holdings has been launched, involving archives and libraries belonging to universities, local authorities, religious institutions, and cultural bodies and associations.
This is a heritage of extraordinary value, now safeguarded and made available both for research and studies concerning Campania, and for citizens who are curious and interested in its cultural and civic history.
More than 11,000 pages from the apodissario archival fonds of the Historical Archive of the Banco di Napoli are available on the platform.
