Fausto Nicolini e le carte dell’Archivio storico tra indirizzi, ricerche e lezioni metodologiche

Abstract

The study reconstructs Fausto Nicolini’s work, as member of the committee for the Historical Archives of the Banco di Napoli (1949-1965). More than half a century later, it turns out that Nicolini’s articles, published in the “Bollettino”, drew a guideline on the use of economic sources in many disciplinary fields, that still influences the programmatic choices of the activities of this Archive: namely, their researches, publications, databases and, the online series of the “Quaderni dell’Archivio Storico”.
