The Artists in Residence program, managed by Gianluca Riccio, provides a period of residency and personal exhibitions for artists chosen from among the most important exponents of contemporary, national and international artistic expression.

Every year, starting in 2015, the Banco di Napoli Foundation invites an artist to work in the rooms of the Historical Archives among the materials kept there, and to leave their own artistic vision which emerges from the experience as their poetic sensibility takes form in their own personal expression.

For the year 2015, the famed international photographer Antonio Biasiucci was chosen, and his work was unveiled in the Spring of 2016 for a double exhibition in two separate venues, where about 45 photographs taken in the Banco di Napoli Historical Archives and selected by the artist are displayed.
